3 Days Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (excluding intact boxes or packets) for physical products sold on NarsingdiMart.com. To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Refund Conditions: Refunds are applicable only for canceled orders due to product unavailability. If you wish to cancel an order, please make sure to do so before the product is dispatched.
Requirements for a Valid Return: For a return to be valid, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.). Additionally, the reason for return must be valid, and the conditions for return acceptance must be met (refer to the conditions below).
Valid Conditions and Reasons to Return an Item (General):
- Delivery of the wrong product
- Delivery of a defective product
- Delivery of products with missing parts
- Incorrect content on the website
Conditions and Reasons to Return an RFL Product(s): RFL products cannot be returned once received by the customer. Customers are advised to inspect the product(s) before accepting delivery.
The Following Products Cannot Be Returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., earrings, wigs, combs)
- Consumables (e.g., cigars, beverages)
Installation Service Terms: For products requiring installation/fitting, the service will be provided within 3 working days from the product's receipt. Such products cannot be returned once received by the customer.
Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability:
- Delivery is subject to product availability at our vendor's depot/warehouse/store.
- NarsingdiMart.com reserves the right to cancel orders within 4 to 25 working days if the ordered item(s) are temporarily unavailable.
- If the customer agrees to wait, the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
- In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 1-10 working days.
Additional Cancellation and Refund Details:
- If an order is canceled by the customer after confirmation, and online payment has been made, an Online Gateway Transaction fee will be charged during the refund process.
- Advance payment is required for certain vendor products; failure to make this payment may result in order cancellation.
Return/Replacement Guarantee May Not Apply in the Following Conditions:
- Damages due to misuse
- Incidental damage from product malfunction
- Consumable items that have been used or installed
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories

Same/Next Day Delivery:
- Applicable for selected vendors' orders within Narsingdi city.
- Orders confirmed before 10:00 am qualify for same/next-day delivery.
- Only products stored at our office are eligible for same/next-day delivery.
- Order processing time starts after being processed by our Customer Service agents.
- NarsingdiMart reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
- Customers can request cancelation if they disagree with the same/next-day delivery terms & conditions.
